While working at Phaidon Press as the Director of Cultural Programming, I curated events, exhibitions and lectures to coincide with the launch of Ferran Adria’s The Family Meal, René Redzepi’s Noma, Rose Bakery’s Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, and other titles, as well as tastings and talks with the James Beard Foundation, Smorgasburg, and many others.
